Please take a moment to complete your registration for this important event series by opening up the flyer attached.  Take a moment and share this with your club members.

Throughout the course of the 2023/2024 season, many clubs and the leagues they play in have approached Hudson Valley Soccer Referee Association, to provide an education event to the clubs that are based here in the Hudson Valley.

We are returning this valuable educational series to the public for the 2024/25 season.  This event will focus on the application of the IFAB Laws of the Game, as well as ENYYSA's Zero Tolerance Policy.  It is meant to be informative, educational and engaging positively.  For example, what is offside?  What determines handling or hand-ball?  What is a careless, reckless and excessive foul?

The goal of this educational event is to help build the knowledge of players, team officials and spectators of our experience as a referee; and to mitigate misunderstandings in the application of IFAB's Laws of the Game.

Ultimately, affording more enjoyment for all participants.

So you think you can ref? training is designed to provide free education to coaches, parents, players and other supporters of the youth and amateur adult soccer environment.

It is required that club administration and all coaches, assistant coaches and managers attend.  Parents are highly recommended and players are strongly encouraged.
